Well that’s the price you pay for building something nice. It gets widely published, lots of attention and attracts clients; that want one exactly like it. In this case the client probably asked for the De Blas House (seen below) only with bigger windows and, um, railings. Or, I’ve got it all wrong and Campo Baeza is starting to repeat himself.
